Introducing Young Foundations
Young Foundations is a unique service offering high quality residential
care for children and young people who present with complex needs
and challenging behaviour. Our homes are designed with the utmost
care to provide settings that give security, stability, adventure,
and opportunity.
We offer a holistic social care model augmented by education and
with direct access to multi-disciplinary health provision. Registered
to care for children aged 12-17 years, we can provide short term
crisis intervention through to longer term placement.
We have a team of committed professionals delivering social care,
healthcare and education all under one roof, with a focus on the
key outcomes and values of Every Child Matters.
Young People referred may have to cope with a range of difficulties.
These can include: learning difficulty, mental health problems,
or emotional and behavioural challenges.
Young Foundations values its partnerships with key local agencies
and continues to work to develop these for the benefit of the young
people in its care.
