How We Support
Young Foundations has a multi-disciplinary approach to residential care and it involves the development of trusting relationships between the young people and every person involved in their care plan.
Individual care plans are produced in partnership with young people, parents, carers, social workers and other appropriate professionals, making sure we provide a child-centred "wrap-around" service.
We aim for high standards within our homes and they are designed to create a therapeutic and educational environment where young people feel at ease and thrive under our care and guidance.
Through trust, transparency and a holistic social care approach, our homes provide an all-encompassing care package, delivered by a team of specialist staff who are experienced in the management of children and young people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
