Staffing
Our staffing levels are high with built-in flexibility to offer additional support to young people when they need it most. Due to the complex needs of young people placed within a Young Foundations home, staffing levels can be increased in line with individual need to ensure that we continue to safeguard and protect everyone in our care.
A minimum of three residential staff are on duty at all times during the day with additional support from the Home Manager. On week days, a teacher is on duty along with a housekeeper.
Two members of staff are on duty, awake, throughout the night.
