Senior Residential Social Workers play an integral role within the team and have a range of responsibilities to ensure that our homes operate in a child centred, professional way. They ensure that staff teams have access to the necessary tools to undertake their duties. They work in partnership with colleagues and young people to enable clear communication around any presenting issues. They assist the home’s manager in providing operational management of the staff team and ensure that the protection and welfare of young people is paramount.
