Our qualified teaching staff work as part of the team to ensure that the educational needs of the young people are met. They offer a range of subjects in a non-threatening environment which allow young people to develop any specific skills and to highlight any deficiencies. The teaching staff are involved in any assessments of the young person and will ensure that all young people have an Individual Education Plan where possible agreed with the young persons regular school/authority.
