The Daltons is a transition home where young adults aged between 18 and 25 live and access the local community’s many amenities. The comfortable surroundings of this home make it warm and welcoming, a real home for young adults.
Young adults can continue to develop and learn via the ASDAN scheme and other related learning frameworks.
